We celebrated the last day of summer and the start of the charcuterie season with a trip down to Jungle Jim’s International Market in Fairfield, OH. With over 1,400 varieties of cheese and products from 70 countries, it’s a destination shopping experience.

We made a stop on the way home at Third Eye brewing in Hamilton, OH a town with lots of cool, old brick buildings just waiting for a new life. Third Eye was awarded the prestigious Grand National Master prize at the 2024 U.S. Open Beer Championship, an achievement that recognizes them as the top brewery nationwide. And we can attest after sampling several today that their beer is REALLY tasty and their Sunday brunch menu is super affordable and the breakfast sandwich and chilaquiles were AMAZING.

Now homeward to enjoy a quiet evening and a well curated charcuterie and old fashioned for dinner.
